LAS employs professionals with vast experience in the provision of Tax and Legal advisory services, providing their services to individuals as well as corporations. The firm has a team of over 40 professionals, along with offices in Quito and Guayaquil.

Our mission is to be leaders in the provision of specialized tax and legal services while adding value to our clients by leveraging our extensive experience and knowledge of the tax code. In doing so, we optimize the tax burden our clients are responsible for within the law. In order to make sure we always provide advice of the best quality to our clients, we have a rigorous ongoing technical training program in place for our tax professionals as well as the most up to date tax tools. 

With the purpose of providing an outstanding level of tax and legal service to our clients, LAS has local and international resources at their disposal.  LAS is a member of  LATAXNET a network of tax and business consultants made up of professional firms from Latin America, the United States, and the Caribbean.  Furthermore, the LATAXNET organization has signed a partnership agreement with WTS GLOBAL, a worldwide network of tax consultants and business advisors comprising more than 125 firms in America, Europe, Asia, Africa and Australia.

Our collaboration with other LATAXNET and WTS members from various  jurisdictions, coupled with our permanent exchange of information and tax developments, guarantees we are up to date on matters related to tax changes which potentially could affect our clients.
